General Policies

  • Check-in / Check-out Times

    • Check-in: 2:00 PM

    • Check-out: 10:00 AM

    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • Booking & Cancellations

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to check-in will not incur a fee.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will incur the cost of the first night.

    • Group bookings and event reservations may have different terms; please contact us directly for details.

  • Payment

    • We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS, and cash.

    • A valid credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidentals.

Accommodation Policies

  • Smoking

    • All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee will apply if this policy is breached.

  • Pets

    • Pets are not permitted in the motel rooms unless prior approval is granted. Assistance animals are welcome.

  • Noise & Behaviour

    • Guests are asked to respect fellow guests with quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

    • Disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without refund.

Restaurant & Bar Policies

  • Operating Hours

    • Breakfast: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (7 days)

    • Lunch & Dinner: As advertised or by booking

    • Hours may vary on public holidays or during events.

  • Bookings & Cancellations

    • We recommend booking ahead, especially during peak periods and events.

    • For large group bookings (8+), a deposit or pre-order may be required.

  • Alcohol Service

    • Alcohol will only be served to guests 18 years and over with valid ID.

    • Management reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive patrons.

Deliveries, Takeaway & Room Service

  • Takeaway and room service are available for most items on the menu.

  • Deliveries within a local radius may be offered – check availability with our team.

  • Woodfired pizzas are our specialty and our most popular takeaway item.

Events & Functions

  • We welcome all types of functions and events, from fundraisers to private dinners.

  • A 10% giveback applies to eligible community fundraisers held with us.

  • Terms and conditions will apply for event bookings, including deposits and cancellation timelines.

Petting Farm & Animal Encounters

  • Guests are welcome to meet and feed our friendly camels, donkeys, and farm animals during designated hours.

  • Please ask our team to accompany you – all interactions are supervised for safety.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the petting area.

  • Entry is at your own risk. See our Liability Notice at the farm gate.
